The purpose of this homepage is to provide information about the grants that are funded by the U.S. Department of Education and Inter American University of Puerto Rico, San Germán Campus and to maintain our population informed about important matters concerning the project. The principal goal of this project is to improve the teaching of English in Puerto Rico by helping to increase the number of well prepared, certified English education teachers in the public school system.

The Project offices are located at Inter American University of Puerto Rico in Phraner Hall 300.
