Mail Box Services
The San Germán Campus of the Inter
American University of Puerto Rico, provides postal services by mail boxes
to receive mail for the students and personnel. They are located at
Don Leopordo Ortiz Jusino Building, near the Administration Building and to
the students residents, in each one of the Students Residences:
Archilla Cabrera y Eunice White Harris.
Process to Obtain Initially Mail Boxes Services:
1. Visit the Dean of Administration Office.
2. Complete all necessary documents.
3. Bring copy of 2 ID cards such as Student ID, drivers license, electoral ID
or passport.
4. Go to Bursar Office at the Student Center to pay for the service.
5. Bring the receipt to the Dean of Administration Office to receive the keys
of the mail box.
Costs:
You can rent the mail boxes for periods of 6 months or 1 year:

Restrictions for the Service:
1. The
maximum capacity to receive correspondence in each mail box are for two
persons.
2. All
student and personnel that wants to receive mail at the campus, needs to
rent a mail box. Under no circumstances, is it possible to
receive personal mail at offices on campus.
3. At
the due month, you are going to receive a notice. To continue the
service, you have to pay during the month where the mail box is due.
All the dues mail boxes, are going to close in the next month and suspend
the service.
If you don’t want to continue the service, you are
responsible to return all the keys to the Dean of Administration Office.
Process to Renovate the Service:
1. When
the mail box is due, you are going to receive a notice from the Dean of
Administration Office.
2. With
the coupon at the bottom of the notice, you have to pay at the Bursar's
Office located at the Student Center.
3. Bring
the receipt to the Dean of Administration Office to continue with
the mail box service.
